Cosmetic Eyelid & Brow Surgery
Eyelids stretch and become baggy as time passes. Removing the excess skin can be beneficial in improving the vision and making the eyes look less tired
Botulinum Toxin
Botulinum toxin can be helpful to stop the eyelid muscles from over contracting, a condition called blepharospasm. It is also very useful for reducing the appearance of fine wrinkles around the face.
Laser Treatment
Lasers are very commonly used to treat many different eye conditions, such as YAG laser capsulotomy, after cataract surgery; YAG laser iridectomy to treat narrow angle glaucoma; and SLT laser to treat open angle glaucoma.
Ingrowing Eyelashes
Ingrowing eyelashes occur for many different reasons. The lashes scratch the eye and need to be removed. This can be done a number of ways including simple epilation, laser treatment, electrolysis or cryotherapy.
Dry Eye Treatments
Dry eye treatments help to increase the volume of tears either by increasing the amount of tears by simply adding drops, by reducing tear drainage by blocking the drainage channel in the eyelids, or with the use of specialist anti inflammatory drops or even patients own blood serum as eye drops.
Artificial Eyes
Sometimes it is necessary to remove a painful or badly damaged eye. Surgery is necessary to give the best possible cosmetic result which involves reconstructive surgery and later the fitting of an artificial eye.
